Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-Week course (Fall ONLINE)

6:00 - 8:30pm
September 24th - November 12th

Practice Day: Sunday Nov 1, 10am-5pm
Mandatory Orientation Sep 10th OR Sep 17th, 6-9pm
Course will be conducted live online via Zoom, through NewYork-Presbyterian Integrative Health and Wellbeing
(attendance at one orientation session required for those intending to take the course).
Orientation: free
MBSR Course tuition: $400
Course fee includes all materials and all-day practice day.
