Mandatory Orientation Session July 2, 6-9pm
(attendance at the orientation session required for those intending to take the course).
Practice Day: Sunday Aug 23, 10am-5pm
Orientation: free

MBSR Course tuition: $400

Course fee includes all materials and all-day practice day.
