Come down to the Astoria Bookshop to breathe, get curious about your mind, learn the basics of mindfulness, and practice meditation with the community.
The evening will consist of a brief talk about mindfulness, a period to practice meditation with guided instructions, and time for questions and discussion.
No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation necessary.
