Learn the basics of mindfulness, experience a guided meditation such as mindful breathing, body scan, self-compassion, gentle movement suitable for all abilities, and more. Explore ways to integrate meditation techniques into your day to work with anxiety, sleep, pain, stress, and more. Join us once or as often as you like. This meditation session is appropriate for beginners as well as all levels of experience.
