In this 3-hour mini-retreat we will use meditation, mindfulness, and contemplative exercises to deepen and explore our relationship to writing. The workshop will mostly be silent, with periods of writing prompts, self-directed writing, gentle mindful movement, discussion, and optional sharing of work aloud. No experience with meditation or writing required. Bring something you’ve been working on, or write all new material. All experience levels and genres welcome.
